I want my customers to love their purchases and always come away satisfied with the creation process. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase you can exchange the item as long as you contact me prior to mailing the item back. Some items, like headdresses or bras will only be eligible for adjustments, which will be clearly marked in the item descriptions prior to purchasing.
There is no restocking fee for exchanges but the buyer will be responsible for return shipping. I ask that you use similar packaging when mailing items back in order to prevent damage during shipping. For small items bubble envelopes work well . Larger items should be packed in foam. Once the item is received in new and unused condition I’ll make arrangements for your new item to be shipped.
Adjustments & Repairs
If you receive a custom item and need it adjusted for size contact me and I’ll get it taken care of. This can usually be accomplished by mailing you a 2″ extender chain. If you don’t want a chain on your jewelry use this measuring guide prior to purchase to help avoid sizing issues later on.
Items damaged by normal wear and tear can be repaired for a small fee. All my jewelry is made to withstand everyday use but eventually clasps will wear out and thread can fray. If an item breaks try to collect as many of the original beads as possible so it will be easier and less costly to restring.
